Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

 

During holidays, special events, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

 
Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts.

Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for customers who live nearby.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and business hours.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your purchase.

Order Tracking

If your order is shipped with tracking, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has been sent.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Including photographs of the damaged item and packaging will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Books & Beans is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately depending on product availability or packaging requirements. If this occurs, there will be no additional shipping charge to you.
